Hi and welcome to The Candle Cellar & Co. We’re so happy you’re here and interested in carrying our products in your shop. Creating beautiful candles that make a home feel warm, inviting, and thoughtfully lived in is at the heart of everything we do, and we’re honored to share that with you.
About our products:
At The Candle Cellar & Co., every product is crafted to bring warmth, comfort, and beauty into your home. Our candles are hand-poured using a luxurious coconut beeswax blended wax, creating a clean, slow burn with an elevated feel. Each scent is carefully curated to feel both timeless and inviting. Inspired by cozy gatherings, quiet mornings, garden blooms, and the simple beauty of home. From soft florals to warm woods and fresh seasonal blends, our collections are designed to create spaces that feel welcoming, lived in, and loved.
How it works:
To place a wholesale order, please fill out the Wholesale Request Form below with your name, email address, and phone number. In the comments section, include your business name, the products you would like to order, preferred scents, and quantities for each scent.
Once submitted, your request will be reviewed within 1–3 business days. After approval, you will receive an email with your invoice, estimated order completion date, and payment details. Please allow 1-2 weeks for wholesale orders to be carefully prepared and fulfilled.
If any requested scents or materials are currently out of stock, fulfillment may take approximately 4-6 weeks to allow time for materials to be ordered, poured, cured, and prepared for shipment.

Wholesale Pricing:
- 12oz Candle — Transparent Glass Vessel (available in any color): $19.00 each
- 7oz Candle — Ceramic Haven Vessel in Bone: $13.00 each
- 4oz Room + Linen Spray — White Glass Bottle: $8.00 each
Wholesale orders require a minimum purchase of one case per product type. Cases include:
- 12 candles in the 12oz vessel
- 12 candles in the 7oz vessel
- 12 room + linen sprays in the 4oz bottle
Mixing scents within each case is welcome.
